✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Only replacement will be provided in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No refunds will be issued.
  • Return or exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked or if an incorrect product was ordered by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized phone covers.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

🔁 How to Request a Return

  • Contact us via email at contact.zaffro@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 5 days of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID along with a clear unboxing video of the product.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return address.
  • Replacements are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the product.

Note: Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
